My favourite part of the Oscars 2012 wasn’t the awards, the wobbly acceptance speeches or Sacha Baron Cohen’s ashes stunt (although that was quite funny).
No, by far the most enjoyable bit of the Oscars was Angelina’s Jolie’s right leg.
Now before Sophie clocks me on the head with a frying pan I don’t mean that in a drooling, blokish way, I mean it in an a slightly bemused “WHAT ON EARTH?” way.
The morning after the Oscars we were treated, by the press, to a bevy of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt red carpet shots. This was all normal and to be expected, they are after all the blemish free, darlings of Hollywood…
But what I don’t think any of us were prepared for THAT WEIRD LEG.
If you’ve no idea what I’m talking about just Google ‘Angelina Jolie’ leg, it brings up 226,000,000 results.
It looks like she’s trying to give birth, go to the toilet and look sexy all at the same time.
Thankfully in this age of ‘viral’ there’s already been a tremendous response to this and someone has already set up a Twitter page devoted entirely to Angelina Jolie’s right leg.
I’m a follower. I’m afraid can’t resist a healthy dose of ridiculous.
