Review: How to Run Your Own Property Letting Agency
This is a unique property opp because it’s been put together by Southcourt Property Management, a well-established London letting agents (and members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.)
Why is this important?
Well, because they’re a legitimate letting agency, and not a bunch of marketers or biz opp chancers. This is more of a side-project for them, where they share their proven business model with others.
When you sign up, they send you an enormous manual packed with everything you need to set up your own lettings agency.
That includes legal documents and templates, marketing plans, telephone support line, professional property management software, website templates, contacts and membership of a nationwide referral network.
It’s a fair old package. Which is why the price tag is £595.
Now, when you think that running this business full time could net you around £20K – £30K in your first year… and £70K – £80K in your second year… this is not unfair at all.
The only drawback is that there’s no refund policy. Apparently this is because, in the past, people have taken the course, defaced it and sent it back.
I would suggest that before you buy this opp, you ring Mike Hathaway and the Southcourt Team and talk it over. I am sure that once they’re sure you’re genuine, you could work something out.
