Review: Pivot Trader – (‘Steve’) Agora Lifestyles
There are some tempting claims in this Forex trading product from Steve… Steve… actually there’s no surname given. It looks to be a course rather than a service. i.e. it’s a teach yourself to trade system rather than one which offers tips, alerts or handholding.
This strategy is published by Agora Lifestyles (who I should add are reputable publishers) but oddly there is no surname for the guy behind it who, as I said, is just referred to as ‘Steve’. There is also barely any mention of the course title which is I could only find buried in the small print.
This worries me as it indicates that the author is not willing to put his name to it, or that the publishers are hesitant about mentioning the name of the product upfront.
I’m guessing this might have something to do with the refund policy on this £297 product…
Why? Because there is none currently in place. It says on the promotion that no refund is offered and that if you fail to make this work you can’t complain.
Actually under the distance selling regulations you ARE entitled to a refund (no matter what it says on the promotion). By law you have at least 7 days to review and return it. I’m sure Agora Lifestyles would honour this – I’ve never known them to refuse a refund – but it’s a shame they haven’t included this on their promotion upfront.
